EMBODIED LEADERSHIP (ENG)

Sebastien Martineau, Positive Leadership Development

Most leadership training happens from the neck up. Yet the qualities that make a leader are embodied, be it presence, awareness, interpersonal competence or charisma, they cannot be accessed intellectually, or expressed if we treat the body as a brain-taxi.

In this workshop, using gentle exercises from various disciplines, we will lay the embodied groundwork on which powerful leadership can grow.

By the end of the program participants will be familiar with:

• The basic principles of mind-body coordination, their importance and impact on well-being and performance
• The importance of embodiment in expression and personal impact

In this interactive workshop, Martin will guide through basic principles of Employee Experience Mapping.

SELF-LEARNING CULTURE, AT SCALE (ENG)

In an immersive 2h workshop for top managers & HR, you will explore emerging trends & technologies in corporate education & learn concrete strategies on how to upskill, engage & retain your employees.
You will ideate, share best practices in groups with your fellow participants & leave with actionable steps solving real business challenges.
