Innovation isn’t just about technology—it’s about people. Organizations that can inspire and engage their employees turn change into opportunities and elevate their results. What does a company look like when 90% of its people are actively involved in innovation?
In his lecture, Bronislav Převrátil will show how to create an environment where employees become ambassadors of change, collaboration transcends departmental and organizational boundaries, and engagement becomes a driving force for growth. He will also share practical stories—both successes and setbacks—and provide concrete tips to help you accelerate your journey toward innovation without borders.

11:05 Bigger Changes, Faster
Luboš Malý: Chief Ecosystem Officer, Red Button
Every organization has its own capacity for change. Have you recently felt like yours is completely stretched? Data shows that 75% of people feel overwhelmed by change, and among the younger generation, that number rises to 85%.
In his lecture, Luboš Malý will demonstrate what leaders can do in times of rapid change—not only practical steps to ensure changes succeed, but also human-centered approaches. Only then can organizational change capacity and adaptability grow, along with our ability to manage change and strengthen resilience.

11:25 Flexible Work: An Opportunity for Czech Companies, Parents, and the Economy
Lucie Bášová: Co-founder MOMDOO
Companies are losing talent at a cost of millions. How can flexibility and smart practices help retain employees, preserve know-how, and save valuable resources?
Every company has stories of exceptional employees who went on parental leave and never returned. The costs of replacing them—recruitment, training, and lost expertise—are enormous. Fortunately, there are simple steps to prevent this. Flexible work arrangements, effective communication, and a few proven practices can make the difference in retaining top talent. In her lecture, Lucie Bášová will explain why welcoming parents back into the workforce is not only the smartest choice for people but also makes strong financial sense.

11:50 Making a Difference with Positive Leadership
Aurelie Litynski: Expert in positive work culture, author of the book 100 Ideas for a Positive Work Culture

Drawing on his personal journey and over 25 years in top leadership, Venki Raman weaves together powerful stories with science-based models of energy leadership and the SPIRE framework for wellbeing. He shows how practical leadership approaches can unlock stronger results, greater employee satisfaction, and truly sustainable performance.

14:35 Should we learn from machines?
Lukáš Bakoš: Non-leader and Post-manager Maxman Consultants
Technologies open up new and unprecedented opportunities for learning and development. At the same time, there’s a risk that if we follow them blindly, we may lose our humanity. Lukáš Bakoš invites us to explore what AI can truly offer, what may be meaningless, and why we need to identify the boundary beyond which dehumanization becomes a threat.
Why is this dangerous, and how can we recognize this boundary? What can we adopt from machines—and what is better left behind?

In a world of accelerating change and mounting workplace stress, what does it truly mean to be happy at work? Blending neuroscience, leadership experience, and lived practice, she invites individuals and organizations to rethink how they work: not just what they achieve, but how they show up. 16:50 The Last Will Be the First
Ján Košturiak: Professor and Innovation Pioneer
We live in a fast-paced world, but life isn’t just about who crosses the finish line first, who accumulates the most wealth, status, or fame. Life is also about setbacks, helping one another, and the cooperation of the strong and the weak, the fast and the slow.
We all seek happiness, yet many are born into—or find themselves in—environments marked by generational poverty, addiction, and hopelessness. The future may divide us into “homo deus” and “homo irrelevant,” but this won’t be decided by artificial intelligence; it will be shaped by our ability to foster acceptance and care in the workplace.
Fast-paced work can be balanced with slow, reflective work, which serves almost as therapy. Unnecessary materials and objects are repaired, renovated, refurbished, and recycled. In this way, communities form where successful companies and entrepreneurs collaborate with marginalized groups. The latter join forces with the former, complementing each other in meaningful ways.
